Do I have to build my bike?
Not always, but most of the bikes we offer will require an element of self-build. Whilst all our bikes come with the manufacturers instructions as standard, some are easier to follow than others. When you purchase a bike from Future Riders you will receive an email packed with useful information including a "how to build" video and, if required, a list of the tools necessary to make it even easier to get you up and riding. We are always at the end of the phone should you run in to difficulty and need further help.
Whats happens if I have an issue with my bike?
At Future Riders we are here for you throughout your ownership. Most of the brands we offer come with 6 months warranty as standard and we can help you with any questions or issues you may have, even after your warranty expires. Future Riders are contactable via Whatsapp which allows you to easily send videos and photos for us to help you more efficiently.
We also offer a range of How-To Videos on YouTube to help you work on the bike yourself, meaning you'll be able to save yourself time and money and get your little one riding again in no time.
