RFN Warranty (Please Read)

It is advised to keep your original box and packaging throughout your bikes warranty period of 12 months in case the bike needs to be returned to us.

Main components: 12 months excluding servicable items and subject to adherence to service schedule.

First Service must be carried out at 6 months without fail, Second Service at another 6 months and so on. Warranty valid from the date of delivery.

RFN Bikes is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect assembly. So please be sure to take care in assembling your bike as the spare parts are difficult to come by. Ensure ALL bolts and components are tightened and properly lubricated.

This limited warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear parts, bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets, cables or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Amped product.

This limited warranty will be void if this product is ever: Used in a manner other than for recreation and transportation. Modified in anyway.  Used in wet conditions.

Warranty is a PARTS ONLY WARRANTY, It does NOT include labour. If the bike needs to be repaired by us, the bike needs to be returned to us (the place of purchase) at the CUSTOMERS cost. 

Please note if you order a bike for delivery outside of the UK and Ireland you will be liable for the price of postage for any parts supplied under our warranty! Postage cost is only covered on warranty parts to the UK and Ireland.

Shipping For RFN E5, E8 and E15 

Future Riders are proud to be able to offer a Premium Delivery Service.

All Bikes are built for the order, During busy periods this can delay delivery but the Bikes can also built yourself.

Once an order is placed a member of the team will give you a call to arrange delivery with you and confirm how you would like to take delivery of the bike. 

All bikes will delivered on pallet and someone will need to be in to take delivery. On the day of delivery you should expect the delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Standard Delivery - 2/3 working days Via Palletways

Express Delivery - 1/2 Days When purchased before 10am via Palletways.

Returns

Customers have 30 days from when an item arrives to return a purchase to us. All items must be returned in new/unused condition and in original packaging.
