Standard Delivery - 2-3 working days
Express Delivery - If purchased before 12pm via DHL. (We aim to deliver on the next working day but its not guaranteed)
Saturday Delivery - If purchased before 12pm Monday/ Friday via DHL.
Returns
Customers have 30 days from when an item arrives to return a purchase to us. All items must be returned in new/unused condition and in original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE:
All bikes, scooters and ride-on-toys are sent via DHL and require a signature in order for the delivery to be made. If you miss your delivery, it will be attempted again the next working day.
We strongly recommend you ensure you order to the correct address and are in at the time of delivery as we are unable to accept liability for any delivery issues once the order has left our HQ and is being shipped by couriers.
We also encourage customers not to opt to have their bikes left in a safe place as we can make no guarantees and can accept no liability once the bike is in the hands of the courier.
If you do miss delivery three times, the order is returned to us by DHL and you will receive another charge for shipping.

Couldn't fault Future Riders at all.
The only thing is my delivery driver turned up earlier than the slot I was assigned and my son saw his Christmas present being delivered.
Kind of ruined Christmas but I realise that isn't Future Riders fault.
