Shipping policy
We are delighted to be able to ship to any address in England, Wales or Scotland. We use third-party couriers for our shipping and the cost depends on what you choose to purchase. We work really hard as a business to make shipping as fast and stress-free as possible. There is more information below on our shipping policies and as always, if you are still unsure you can speak to our friendly team.
BERG, Revvi, Amped and RFN Deliveries
All BERG, Amped, Revvi and RFN bikes will be shipped in the box and require building. We have put together some how-to-build guides which you can find on our Youtube channel.
All Shipments have to be delivered to the address provided and match the billing address. A signature is also required so you need to be in, FedEX will NOT leave any bike order with a neighbour. Therefore, we strongly recommend you make sure you are in for the allotted delivery time to receive your order securely.
Express Delivery - Available if purchase is made before 12pm; we use FedEX.
Saturday Delivery - Saturday delivery dates are available if the order is made before 12pm Monday/ Friday; we use FedEX.
Ebox and Kayo Deliveries
EBOX and Kayo bikes will come pre-built on a pallet service. They are ready to ride.
Once the order is placed we will call you to arrange delivery as you will be required to be at home. All orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday will be processed that day.Any Ebox or Kayo Bikes are order after 12pm on a Thursday they will be collected on the Monday for shipping. We do not ship bikes on a Friday for security reasons.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and Text with tracking information from the courier company.
PLEASE NOTE:
All bikes, scooters and ride-on-toys are sent via FedEX and require a signature in order for the delivery to be made. If you miss your delivery, it will be attempted again the next working day.
We strongly recommend you ensure you order to the correct address and are in at the time of delivery as we are unable to accept liability for any delivery issues once the order has left our HQ and is being shipped by couriers.
We also encourage customers not to opt to have their bikes left in a safe place as we can make no guarantees and can accept no liability once the bike is in the hands of the courier.
If you do miss delivery three times, the order is returned to us by FedEX and you will receive another charge for shipping.
