The Kiddimoto Balance Bike Range comes with 12 months warranty as Standard with the option to extend to 5 years.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Inappropriate use.
- The fitting of inappropriate parts or aftermarket alteration.
- Improper assembly of the product.
- Damage or failure due to an accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Future Riders are proud to be able to offer a premium Delivery Service.
We strongly advise before ordering that someone will be at home on the day of delivery. You will receive a delivery time slot for when your parcel is due to be delivered.
Free Standard Delivery - 2/3 working days (UK Mainland only).
Express Delivery - 1/2 Days When purchased before 12pm via FedEX (We aim to deliver on the next working day but its not guaranteed)
Saturday Delivery - If purchased before 12pm Monday/ Friday via FedEX.
Returns
Customers have 30 days from when an item arrives to return a purchase to us. All items must be returned in new/unused condition and in original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE:
All bikes, scooters and ride-on-toys are sent via FedEX and require a signature in order for the delivery to be made. If you miss your delivery, it will be attempted again the next working day.
We strongly recommend you ensure you order to the correct address and are in at the time of delivery as we are unable to accept liability for any delivery issues once the order has left our HQ and is being shipped by couriers.
If you do miss delivery three times, the order is returned to us by FedEX and you will receive another charge for shipping.

What is a Balance Bike?
A balance bike is a pedal-free, stabiliser-free bicycle designed to teach children real balance and steering skills. Unlike traditional bikes with training wheels, balance bikes let kids focus entirely on mastering balance through natural foot propulsion.
Children sit on the saddle and push themselves forward with their feet, building confidence with every stride. As they progress, they naturally lift their feet off the ground and begin gliding — the critical moment when genuine balance develops. This gliding phase is what training wheels simply cannot teach.

How Do Children Learn on a Balance Bike?
