We contacted Sam mid November for the pre-order on the new RFN range as I wanted to be sure the bike would be delivered for Christmas. Sam and the team were super helpful, communicated well at every stage to make sure we were up to speed with any expected delivery dates etc and the bike came well ahead of Christmas.
The bikes awesome. RFN have made a great bike, the build quality is spot on and the battery range is mega (granted it’s only been used on low mode) 2 hours riding and less than 25% gone is brilliant.
The bike has been flawless. No strange noises or any other issues at all. My son’s over the moon with it.
If I had to be critical, the phone app could be better. It’s not bad by any stretch, but could do with refinements given that it’s a new product. The features the app does have though to monitor the battery, controller and motor temps is great. Throttle adjustments and adjusting the top speed for each mode is great too. Also has a live speed read out on screen.
On the whole really pleased with Sam and RFN, you’ve made my little boys Christmas. Thank you.

After reaching out to Sam about the RFN SX-E5, he managed to sort me allocation for the bike we wanted despite having sold all of his. We had a great chat about the bike and the support on offer for me and my son once the bike arrives.
I opted to build the bike myself which was really enjoyable and straight forward, the quality of the bike is incredible. The feel of the bike is very similar to a KTM/Husqy 50cc geometry wise. On a trial run I’m very happy with the power modes and ride. I’d love to see these little bikes with a foot brake but it’s so convenient for the kids with the brakes up front. It’s now waiting for Santa to deliver Christmas morning for one happy little lad to give it some chicken wing! Thanks again Sam for all the help and care through ordering. Looking forward to speaking again soon.

Future riders are great and helpfull company to deal with.Always prompt in getting your order despatched,but their delivery service through DHL is the worst we have ever had. They give you a daye for delivery and dont turn up. I probably wont use Future Riders again because of the delivery they use and i will advise others about the problem

Ordered a helmet for a Xmas present for my son. There was a delay with the courier company but when I emailed future riders I got a response straight away and was assured they’d keep an eye on the shipping etc from their end also. Very professional service and I’m sure my son will be a happy lad on Xmas day.

Couldn't fault Future Riders at all.
The only thing is my delivery driver turned up earlier than the slot I was assigned and my son saw his Christmas present being delivered.
Kind of ruined Christmas but I realise that isn't Future Riders fault.
