What is your child’s inside leg measurement?

Measured from the floor to the top of their inner leg, without shoes. This tells us which seat heights let them sit with both feet flat on the ground. How do I measure this?

Why the right size matters

A bike that fits builds confidence; a bike that’s too big knocks it. Your child should be able to sit on the saddle with both feet flat on the floor and reach the bars with a slight bend in their arms.

Resist the temptation to buy a size up “to grow into” — every bike here has an adjustable seat, so the right size today still has plenty of headroom for growth spurts.

Safety, speed modes & where to ride

Every bike in our range has selectable speed modes, so you decide how fast it can go — start in eco (walking pace on the smallest bikes) and unlock more speed as skills grow.

A properly fitted helmet is a must every ride; gloves, boots and long sleeves are a smart idea off-road. These bikes are designed for private land and off-road use with the landowner’s permission — they’re not road legal.

Batteries, charging & ride time

Every bike comes with one battery. Depending on the model, mode and terrain you’ll typically get 40–90 minutes of riding per charge.

Batteries are removable and swap in around 20 seconds, and can be charged on or off the bike — so a spare battery means one charges while the other is out riding. You can add one from any bike card above.

How to measure your child’s inside leg

1. Ask your child to stand against a wall without shoes, feet slightly apart.

2. Place a hardback book between their legs, spine up, snug against their body.

3. Measure from the floor to the top of the book in centimetres — that’s their inside leg.

For a safe, confident fit the bike’s minimum seat height should be no taller than their inside leg, so they can sit with both feet flat on the ground.

Sizing & buying FAQs

How do I know which size is right?

Go by inside leg first, then age. If your child can sit on the saddle with both feet flat on the floor, the bike fits.
