If you having an issue with you revvi bike, please dont hesitate to get in touch, We have worked with revvi for a number of years and can confidently say they have some of the best aftercare in the Kids electric balance bike market. They offer a 6 month warranty as standard across there full range of bikes. See there warranty terms and conditions for more information.

Revvi 18 inch power not staying on?
The New throttle on the revvi 18 inch has had an intermittent fault, where a the power switch has a faulty connection, Contact ourselves or you purchasing dealer for help. the throttle will be replaced under warranty if within the 6 month warranty period.
Revvi Charger Showing charged but bike not turning on?
There is a chance the charger is faulty rather than the battery. We recommend, if possible. To get a voltage reading of the battery using a multimeter to check the charge state of the battery. Once we have this we will be able to help you diagnose the issue fast and get the little on back riding fast. If you do not have a multimeter dont worry we have a small voltage display you can purchase here.

What will we need?
To speed up the process for you when you are having and issue with your bike, if you can get send us this information when letting us know via email or whattapp.
- We will need a detailed description of the issue you are having with your bike.
- A short video or photo of the problem.
- The bikes VIN Number (where to find Revvi Vin Number)
- Order Number, Name and Contact details
- Copy of sales invoice or Order confirmation.
- If its a battery issue, you will be required to have a voltage reading of the battery.
Once we have these details we will be in touch as soon as possible to help you in anyway we can.
once a warranty claim has been approved, ourselves or Revvi will then send the replacement part via Next day courier service.
